And the Spirit and the Bride say, "Come". And let him that hears say, "Come". And let him that is thirsty "Come". And whoever will, let him take the water of life freely!                                                                    Rev. 22:17

  ~ JESUS IS GOD ~

   WHO IS JESUS?

Jesus of Nazareth is the central person of human history. The New Testament scriptures of the Bible tell us that Jesus existed as God from eternity past, but took on the form of a human being to be born as a baby in a first century stable in Bethlehem of Judea. Jesus grew up to be a man, teaching throughout Palestine and performing numerous miracles to validate His claims. Since Jesus spoke against the hypocrisy of the religious leaders of His day, He was hated by them. Eventually they conspired together to have Jesus arrested on false charges and tried before the Roman governor, Pontius Pilate. Jesus was executed by crucifixion—a cruel form of torture, in which a person was nailed by his hands and feet to a wooden cross until dead. However Jesus rose from the dead, appearing to hundreds of people. After His resurrection, Jesus commanded His followers to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" (Matthew 28:19), initiating the rise of Christianity. In Hebrews 1:8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. God "The Father" called Jesus God.

We believe JEHOVAH of the old testament is the JESUS of the new testament

Genesis 15:6 And the scripture was fulfilled that says, "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness," and he was called God's friend.

Matthew 12:42 The Queen of the South will rise at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for she came from the ends of the earth to listen to Solomon’s wisdom, and now something greater than Solomon is here. (Because Jesus was not a man, but God - God kept his promise to Solomon)

John 4:24 God is SPIRIT (HOLY does not walk in the flesh)

Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Jesus is Spirit (Holy) does not walk in the flesh. John 10:28-30 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father's hand. I and My Father are one.

John 14: 9-11 Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? 10 Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work. 11 Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me;

DID JESUS CLAIMED TO BE GOD?

YES, HE DID IMPLY IT ON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS WHEN HE SAID THE FOLLOWING:

1. Gen. 1:1 In the beginning GOD created the heavens and the Earth. Colossians 1:15-16  Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16 For by HIM were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

2. Your sins are forgiven. Only God can forgive sins

2. Only God is good. Jesus was GOOD.

3. No one can snatch them out of my hand.

4. Before Abraham was "I AM!" Jesus called himself "I AM" God's name.

5. I and the Father are ONE!

6. If you've seen me you've seen the Father!

7. If you keep MY commandments. He claimed the Father's commandments to be JESUS'.

8. The word was GOD.

9. Destroy this temple and "I WILL" rebuild it in three days. God is the giver of life.

10. I AM the TRUTH, the WAY and the LIFE.

11. I AM the RESURECTION. GOD is a living God. JESUS couldn't remain dead. He is the LIVING GOD.

12. No one COMES to the Father, but by me.

13. GOD gave his only begotten son. Jesus gave HIMSELF as a ransom sacrifice.

14.

Starting with Adam the First 10 Generations describe the origin of our Savior:

THE HEBREW DEFINITION TO THE FIRST 10 NAMES OF MAN KIND.

ADAM MANKIND (Humankind) Earth
SETH APPOINTED, PLACED,
ENOS MORTAL, FEEBLE, FRAIL
CAINAN with SORROW. ONE WHO MAKES THINGS, A FIXED DWELLING PLACE
MAHALALEEL THE BLESSED GOD, GLORY OF GOD, PRAISE OF GOD
JARED SHALL COME DOWN, DESCENT
ENOCH TO INSTRUCT. TO INITIATE OR DISCIPLINED, DEDICATED, TRAIN UP, TEACHING
METHUSELAH HIS DEATH SHALL BRING, MAN OF SORROWS, MAN OF SPEAR
LAMECH THE DESPARRING, ONE WHO MAKES PLEAS TO GOD, SERVANT OF GOD
NOAH COMFORT & PEACE, ONE WHO BRINGS REST

During Jesus Baptism by John the Baptist, All three were present The Father (a voice from heaven); Jesus (being baptized); The Holy Spirit descending like a dove and resting on Jesus. In addition, the entire Old Testament says who is Yahweh (Jehovah) and in the New Testament Jesus fulfilled all the titles used in the Old Testament. That is the reason we 'The Born Again' Christians believe Jesus and Yahweh are ONE.
